Input masks and Validations

An input mask is used to format with the type of writing that is able to be placed in that box. Validation is used to forced a user to input a certain word or phrase. Validation uses the Like rule to say what has to be put in and the or rule to add other words or phares to it

Relationships

Making relationships are easy. I have made two 1 to many relationships. I dragged the two areas i wanted into each other then ticked the box and clicked create.

Building quires reflextion

Building quires was interesting. It made sense when i read the instructions but when i didn't i got stuck. Once i understood it i had fun and fond this task incredibly easy. Am i comfortable with quires? Yes i am. I hope i retain the information for my exam.

Data base part 2

4. An organisation uses data bases to store customer information in a database for easy access.
5. Brentwood databases store information on students and children like phone, email, date of birth and address. it can also be used to store marks

10. An individual can use database to store information for a small business such has customer information, sales and costs

Post Assignment

The assignment was interesting. i found the start part with all terminology boring but when i got into research the hacker it was fun. The presentation was scary but finishing it was a rewarding.

Hard drive task

The hard drive task was fun we started off by learning how to look at hidden folder. it was easy the guy was a pirate and bugged all the good games. the games that worked were giltchy (mario sunshine the glitching gumba) In the end it was fun

Assignment reflextion

I am on the fence about the first assignment. i liked it but the fact is it was an assignment(Assignments aren't fun). I found it fun using all the functions I've learnt so far and i found i was wanted the next lesson to come along because it was enjoying. i was shocked with the figures of scams there where and if i was in the ACFT i would be publicizing these scams more often.

Excel

Excel has been interesting to say the least. As i thought it was challenging at times and made no sense what so every but at other times it was as easy as a walk in the park. The hardest part was learning what the functions we were using meant but after i understood it i found it really easy. I think we are still only scratching the surface of excel but can't wait to dive deeper

First code break

We started code breaking today. i found it was difficult when i started but once you got going it was easy.

Recap

So far Cyber Forensics has been pretty fun. The only really annoying thing is Binary but i think i'll get my head around it. Data and information is easy and there hasn't been much else done yet. can't wait for for more : )

Data Security

Data is important because if you can process this data you can have information on people that is private. It is important you have the proper security for data so we don't let strangers find out everything about you online. If we don't protect our data we could be stalked or have stuff stolen from us and we are the ones who have opened the front door to our houses.

Data vs. Imformation

Data is unorganized and hasn't been processed. You cannot tell anything from this.
Information is pressed data in which you can understand. Information has meaning and useful.

Data > Prepossessing > Information

We have been working though binary. At first i thought it was complicated jibber jabber but now i see it is simple coding. we have only ;learnt how to do capital letters but i feel that this will

Question sheet

Today we watched this video on Cyber Forensics then answering this question sheet

Cyber Forensics is pretty much gathering evidence online of a cyber crime and getting evidence and making sure it is suitable enough to present in court. Cyber Forensics sounds like a cool fun but challenging subject. which is why i choose it. I am interested in being able to see how cyber crime works and how you can get evidence against it. i have only just touch the surface of excel like using the maths tools to do the work for me. I have never used Access but from what i have read is is a database system of Microsoft Office.
